We offer domestic and global shipping (excluding duties and taxes) by DHL Express

UK Next day delivery : £8 (Order before 1pm)

Europe 2/4 days : £18

USA 2/4 days : £20

Rest of World 2/5 days : £25

Duties and Taxes

All import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are not included in the displayed price and must be paid by the receiver of the order. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these charges and the time it takes to clear the custom process, as this varies significantly from country to country. We ask you to contact your local customs office for more information about potential duties and taxes prior to placing your order, to avoid unanticipated fees.

If you refuse to accept the order, you are responsible for original delivery charges and any duties and taxes incurred on the order. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Returns:

To return an unworn item in its original condition with the security tag intact, please contact us within 14 days of the receipt of the order to arrange a return shipment. After that we cannot guarantee the refund for the returned item.

To receive a refund, minus the cost of shipment, the returned item must adhere to our returns policy.

The refund can be made using the original method of payment only.

We ask you to check all items upon receipt before removing the original tags.

We ask you, where possible, to return items in their original packaging to ensure protection in transit and to fill out the form provided in the box for the reason of return.
